COVID-19

Due to the current pandemic it’s our clinic’s policy that clients should wear a mask 😷 in the waiting area and during the treatment.

We have been working hard to introduce additional safety measures to ensure the welfare of our staff and patients at all times during this uncertain time: We will ask you to complete a COVID-19 questionnaire prior to your appointment, on arrival we will ask you to wear a mask, sanitise your hands and we will also take your temperature. Our Audiologists will be wearing PPE so they will be wearing protective masks, gloves and aprons, we have also installed protective screens in our reception area and for those of you attending for hearing tests and adjustments to your hearing aids we have also installed a large protective screen for you to sit behind during your appointment.

We ask where possible for you to attend your Micro Suction appointment on your own, Hearing Tests and Adjustments we ask that you bring no more than one other person with you for support.

Please keep to your appointment time so we can minimize the number of people in our clinic.We have enhanced our cleaning schedule so areas you use will be sanitized between each patient. Where possible we ask you to make payments by card.
